Human Factors in Aircraft Maintenance is a process for improving Communication, Teamwork, Maintenance Efficiency and Safety while reducing Human Error. Human Factors in Aircraft Maintenance uses A.C. (Advisory Circular) 120-72 as guidance to aid Aviation Maintenance Facilities in meeting the requirements of developing and implementing a Human Factors training program.
